For the first time at Eastbourne, a modern airliner in the shape of a DHL Boeing 757 gave an interesting display.
The Merlin has to be one of the best looking of modern helicopters, with this RAF HC3 giving an excellent display that was on a par with the award winning RAF Chinook routine.
Once again, the Belgian Air Force displayed a F-16A MLU at Eastbourne that gave its usual very impressive and noisy display. Infortunately, the similar machine from the Royal Netherlands Air Force did not appear on the Sunday due to a technical problem.
The Belgian Air Force F-16 descending from its zoom climb high above Eastbourne.
Possibly appearing at Eastbourne for the final time before the retirement of the type, an RAF Jaguar GR3.
